About

Kimberlee Conway Ireton has been writing books since she was six years old, when her parents published a collection of short stories she’d written and illustrated. Later, enamored with Nancy Drew, she and several friends wrote mystery stories, which her parents were once again kind enough to publish. (The photocopy machine at her dad’s office came in super handy…)

The Circle of Seasons is her first book, though she writes articles in a similar vein for Weavings: A Journal of the Christian Spiritual Life. She has also written for FullFill Magazine and TheThoughtfulChristian.com, articles on the church year for her church newsletter (out of which Circle was born), and several church-wide Bible studies for Lent.

She is currently trying to find an agent for her young adult novel about a girl who must protect her family’s dragon from St. George.

Kimberlee lives with her husband and two young children in Seattle. The family worships at Bethany Presbyterian Church, where she is an elder, leads worship, and preaches on occasion.
